Q) I'm not located near your offices, can you still do business with me?
A) Of course we can! We can communicate via telephone, email, standard mail, chat, etc. Our designers are accustomed to working remotely. Even our own site, FirstAmericanWeb.com was designed by an international team who were not physically in the same location.

Q) Does my business need to have a computer to have a web site?
A) No. We will work with you to make sure you can view the web site somehow. We are committed to your satisfaction and therefore we will communicate over the phone and standard mail if necessary.

Q) Is there any maintenance needed after building a web site?
A) That would depend on your needs. We charge our web design clients a fixed amount per month for web hosting and domain name ($10 per month for Economy Web Design, $15 for Premium and $25 for E-Commerce Web Design). This is all you will pay unless you need to update your site

If you need monthly updating of your web site, that will come as an optional addition of $15 per month for Economy Web Design, $25 for Premium and $50 for E-Commerce web design.

Q) If I already have a web site, Will you improve it?
A) Of course we will. Our designers are experienced in re-designing everything from simple landing pages to complex E-Commerce sites.

Q) How long does it take to create a web site?
A) That would depend on the site and our current work load. We generally take 2-4 weeks for the average project. Although we have completed urgent requests in less then a week, we can't always deliver at that speed. Q) What if I do not like the design/project?
A) No problem. All our web design packages include a certain level of post-production changes. On top of that, you can rest assured you are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.

Q) What are the things that you expect from my company to complete the web site design?
A) We only need a contact person available one or two days a week who can help make decisions regarding the web site and its content. The more open the communication the better since that will allow us to tailor everything to you and your customers' tastes.

Q) What is a domain name? What is web hosting? Does this come included with a web site?
A) A domain name is the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI, also known as URL) that each web site has. For example our URI is www.FirstAmericanWeb.com

Web hosting is provided by a web host, which is a company that can provide server space and bandwidth for a web site to be delivered via the World Wide Web.

Yes, we both register your domain for you and provide hosting. Economy Sites get both for only $10 a month. The Client can optionally register domain and hosting services with other companies.

Q) Can you use my company's existing logo, brochure, and other materials for my web site?
A) Of course we can. We will incorporate any existing marketing materials into the web site as you feel fit. We can also create or redesign any extra logos, brochures and other materials that you may need.
